Medical Insurance: HMO and Open Access Plus Plans
Bluegreen Vacations offers a choice of HMO and Open Access Plus plans for eligible associates. Dependent coverage is also available.*
The plan provides comprehensive dental coverage for eligible associates and is also available for dependents.*
Bluegreen Vacations sponsors a vision plan for eligible associates that includes coverage for vision examinations, lenses and frames.*
Healthcare Flexible Spending Account
The plan allows eligible associates to set money aside, tax-free, through payroll deductions for reimbursement of qualified healthcare expenses.*
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
The plan allows eligible associates to set money aside, tax-free, through payroll deductions for reimbursement of qualified dependent-care expenses.*
Basic Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Basic term life insurance and AD&D is provided to all associates at no cost for those who are eligible for benefits.
Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance plan provides a guarantee issue up to $500,000 of coverage for eligible associates.*
Supplemental (Group Term) Life Insurance
The plan provides to eligible associates a guarantee issue of $200,000, but offers up to $300,000 coverage. $10,000 guarantee for those over age 60. Supplemental life insurance is also available for dependents.*
This plan will provide partial income replacement for up to six months for eligible associates who are unable to work due to a non-work-related illness, injury or pregnancy.*
Voluntary insurance protection is available to eligible associates for partial salary continuance in the event of a non-work-related illness or injury greater than six months in duration.*
The plan is a qualified 401(k) Plan. The plan allows qualified employees to contribute up to 18% of their pay on a pre-tax basis, subject to IRS determined limits. Investment options include a diverse group of mutual funds. The Company may make a discretionary matching contribution subject to certain eligibility requirements.

Bluegreen Vacations provides generous time-off packages in various methods. The type of time-off plan offered varies by position.*
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program provides associates and dependents with access to counseling, referral services and web-based guidance resources.*
Associate Leisure Use of Resorts Program
The Company has a program to provide eligible associates with an opportunity to vacation at company resorts or other resorts through an exchange program.*
Associate Purchase-Discount Program
We believe in the individual’s inherent right for lifestyle choices concerning where they reside, relax and vacation. In this regard, the Company will attempt to assist associates to achieve this ownership goal by providing the opportunity for them to buy Company property at discounted rates.*
