- We are a cashless resort. Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $150 Pre-Authorization for incidental charges. Bluegreen Owners are not required to pay the daily resort amenity fee. Bluegreen at TradeWinds does not participate in the Bluegreen Day-Use Program.
- Construction:
- Breckenridge main lobby under full renovation in 2024 with construction daily from 9am-5pm. Detours to building entrances, exits, and the beach may occur periodically. All outlets near the lobby are closed for the duration. Please visit tradewindsresort.com for updates. | The adult pool is closed for restoration through 04/05/2024.
- Other notes:
- No kitchen/laundry in units. Laundry is on the 3rd floor. Dining options on site. Many units without balcony. No ground-level/1st floor units. Express check-in and upgrades unavailable. To modify/cancel your Bluegreen reservation, call the reservation center at (800) 456-2582. TradeWinds cannot do this for you. Some amenities require a signed waiver.
