Bluegreen Resort Overview
Vacationing in Virginia has always been a popular pastime–even more so in the Shenandoah Valley with Bluegreen Resorts. Located between Washington, DC and Richmond is the lush rolling countryside of Gordonsville, Virginia. With the homes of our forefathers scattered throughout the area, as well as the Shenandoah National Park, it’s obvious that Shenandoah Valley is truly a special location for your next Bluegreen vacation.
Life in Virginia’s great outdoors with Bluegreen
Bluegreen's Shenandoah Crossing resort offers over 1,000 acres of pristine wilderness including a 60-acre lake stocked for fishing, lush pasturelands, hiking, biking and horseback riding trails, plus some of the most unique accommodations in the country. The history of the land is reflected in the old-country charm and relaxed atmosphere of the resort. The hidden gem here is something you’ve probably never heard of or seen before – glamorous camping in a luxury yurt. Bluegreen offers one of the few destinations anywhere with such a unique ‘glamping’ experience. Yurts are enormous, round canvas tents with central heat and air, flat-screen TVs, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and everything in between. If you like the idea of camping, but love luxury, try the Bluegreen yurt experience. We also offer deluxe RV pads to accommodate your recreational vehicle, or ours, which include summer kitchens, hot tubs, gas and water hookups and more.
