Get on the Resort Management Fast Track with the LEAD Program!
The LEAD Program (Leadership Experience & Accelerated Development) for Resort Operations Management is a two-part, paid summer internship designed for full-time sophomore and junior-year college students pursuing a career in resort management.
Summer 1 | LEAD Program
Hands-on training in all aspects of resort ops, including Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Resort Maintenance, Housekeeping, Resort Activities and Resort Security. Upon successful completion of Summer 1, interns will be invited to participate in our Summer 2 program.
Summer 2 | LEAD Program
Returning interns will train with resort ops teams in supervisory role focusing on a specific discipline. If the internship is successfully completed, the supervisory role can lead to a full-time leadership position at a Bluegreen resort.
Summer 1 and Summer 2 are full-time programs that are both approximately 11 weeks in duration, and will require you to work a 40-hour week.
The LEAD internship program will operate at several resorts and applicants may choose to apply for any of the following locations.

Bluegreen Wilderness Club™ at Big Cedar® | Branson, MO
- You must be a currently-enrolled college student in sophomore or junior year of study
in a hospitality major or minor.
- No hotel or resort experienced required, but work or campus leadership experience
strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication required.
- Must be flexible for entire summer scheduling for a full-time position, all shifts.
