- We are a cashless resort. Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $150 Pre-Authorization for incidental charges. Bluegreen Owners are not required to pay the daily resort amenity fee. Bluegreen at TradeWinds does not participate in the Bluegreen Day-Use Program.
- Construction:
- This property remains temporarily closed due to the impact of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. While significant progress has been made, the resort is undergoing necessary construction before we can reopen. Thank you for your continued patience as we determine the reopening date.
- Other notes:
- No kitchen/laundry in units. Laundry is on the 3rd floor. Dining options on site. Many units without balcony. No ground-level/1st floor units. Express check-in and upgrades unavailable. To modify/cancel your Bluegreen reservation, call the reservation center at (800) 456-2582. TradeWinds cannot do this for you.
